As we prepare for our final maintenance closing of the summer and continue to watch the conveyor belt of tropical storms heading across the Atlantic, everything is coming along nicely with the golf course. We recently experienced two weeks with no measurable rainfall and there were very few dry areas on the course, greens included. This is a reminder that the Hobe Sound Golf Club golf course, practice facilities, and clubhouse will be closed for summer maintenance from Aug. 24 to Sept. 4 and scheduled to reopen on Saturday, Sept. 5. All members and residents are reminded to stay off the golf course during this break so our maintenance team can accomplish its work. There will be no services in the clubhouse during this time.
